Internet Sales Consultant

Athens Ford, a fast-growing dealership serving Northeast Georgia is seeking an Internet Sales Consultant who is looking to level up their career within the industry.

Responsibilities:

· Build and foster long-term customer relationships

· Work as primary point of contact for customer base, assisting with all current and future customer purchasing needs and automotive questions

· Utilize our proven sales processes to meet monthly team and personal sales goals

· Coordinate with service and parts department, body shop, finance department, and admin office to ensure customer needs are met

· Achieve and maintain sales certifications, including working knowledge of Ford, finance, lease and insurance programs

· Assist in maintenance of customer database

· Use CRM tool to follow up with current, prospective and past customers to ensure positive experience

· Identify and work to improve upon areas of opportunity

Requirements:

· Automotive Internet sales experience

· Strong work ethic and professional appearance

· Upbeat, friendly demeanor and positive attitude

· Goal oriented personality with a desire to succeed

· Understanding of basic phone and email etiquette

· Knowledge of Ford preferred but not required

· Knowledge of Reynold and Reynolds preferred but not required

· Working knowledge of eLead CRM a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
